| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. More detailed instructions. We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and for UK customers we also accept Maestro and Delta Debit Cards.      |
| Delivery Schedule We welcome orders to any address in the world. Delivery Timescales and Charges
Overseas customers,Overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail if they weigh less than 2kg and by Parcelforce if they are heavier. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery to Europe and 21 days to the Rest of the World.We have added the weight of each product to the product description so you can see how heavy your parcel is. If it weighs just over 2kg, our system will assume shipping by Parcelforce which is more expensive than Royal Mail. You may wish to split your order into two orders to reduce the postage cost. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Damaged Goods Should your goods arrive damaged please let us know as soon as possible at: returns@thecatgallery.co.uk. Our customer service team will arrange for the return of the goods and a replacement or refund will be offered at no extra cost. |
